RAGGEDedge Gear was started 25 years ago with a carbon fiber sail a boy brought home to his mother, because he knew she loved to sew and would make some cool stuff with the space age material.
That small gesture and a lot of creativity and ingenuity became a small craft gear company known for wallets that are built to last, and made for thousands of adventures.

We use both carbon fiber & kevlar sailcloth laminates to make our wallets, and other products. The material used sheds water, resists dirt and mold and dries quickly. The triple step zig-zag stitching is strong enough to take a beating
Made in the USA with Locally Sourced Materials
Our wallets and other products are made from start to finish in Virginia. They are designed, cut, stitched and shipped direct to you from our workshop in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The majority of our materials come from two sailcloth manufacturers located in Connecticut, that make most of their cloths in house rather than overseas.
Almost Zero Waste
We strive to manufacturer our gear as environmentally friendly as possible and we generate less than 156 gallons of garbage in a year to make our products.
